Hello World!
There is a song that I have listened to very frequently lately. The main lyrics that resonate with me say, ” Blessings on blessings. Count ’em up.” As I listened to this song earlier today, It made me stop for a moment as I began counting all of the blessings The Lord has given me. I quickly realized that I could not keep up with all of the blessings he has so graciously given.
As we are in this holiday season, I encourage you to take a moment and truly think of every blessing you have to thank The Lord for. Here’s one to start with, show him gratitude that you are given the breath which speaks his name. Here’s a second one, show him gratitude for sending his son to die for our sins. A third, show him gratitude that he allows us to know him and shows unconditional, unwavering love. There are just a few to get you started so we may delight in the holiday fun but remember that without God, we would not have any of this. Let’s all take a moment to show him the gratitude he is so deserving of throughout our days and especially throughout this holiday season.
