Hello World!
Have you ever read the Bible for yourself? I mean like really sat down and read it for yourself? How much do you trust those around you to inform you of what God is needing to teach you?
There are many reasons that people do not read their Bible and I promise you, I have heard many of them. However, the impact of reading for yourself is one of the biggest lessons I have learned on my journey of following The Lord. As I read for myself I find answers to things I have questions about or things that I have struggled with. As I read I have learned to ask for God’s guidance so I may understand the passage better and he answers. I have learned that many times God will answer you or speak to you through scripture in the most beautiful and remarkable way.
So, I encourage you to read your Bible so that you may understand your own lessons and have the best teacher there ever is and ever will be, God.
